Prep volleyball: Monroe 3, Bothell 2

BOTHELL — Monroe defeated Bothell in five sets to earn its first win of the season. The Bearcats took the second and third sets 25-9 but lost a close fourth. They were able to edge out Bothell 17-15 in the final set for the nonleague victory.
