GRANITE FALLS — Lakewood scored 28 points in the first quarter to cruise to a Cascade Conference victory over Granite Falls. Blake Watts got the Cougars off to a good start, scoring on a 9-yard run and hitting Jacob Vanwinkle for a 9-yard touchdown pass. Paulmer Gregory and Jeff Harrison also had rushing TDs in the first period to put the game out of reach. Matthew Hamilton scored two touchdowns for the Tigers.
