Scuba diver pulled from water near Mukilteo still recovering

MUKILTEO — A scuba diver who was pulled from the water in Mukilteo after a mishap Thursday is still recovering.
Crews did CPR on the way to a hospital after retrieving the diver near Lighthouse Park. It happened at around 2 p.m Thursday.
