Prep boys soccer: Arlington 2, Monroe 0

MONROE — Arlington’s Mason Herring had a goal and an assist and two Eagle defenders cleared potential goals off the line to preserve a shutout win over Monroe. Sophomore Danny Herrera saved a ball off the line in the first half and junior Lucas Larson repeated the feat in the second half.
