Prep girls soccer: Snohomish 4, Cascade 3

SNOHOMISH—Bailey Green’s goal in the 50th minute put Snohomish ahead 4-0, but the Panthers had to withstand a furious comeback attempt by the Bruins, who scored three goals in the final 10 minutes of regulation.

“As a team I think we might have let down a little bit, and we didn’t finish strong,” Snohomish coach April VanAssche said. “We did enough on the offensive end to pull out the win, but it’s a good lesson for us to learn in this part of the season.”
