SAN DIEGO — Gavin Patrick scored eight of his game-high 18 points in the first quarter, as the Knights (6-3) raced out to a 15-point lead over Bentley and went on to take third place with the win.

Patrick added 10 rebounds in the game and Coleman Grayson, who tacked on 13 points, was named to the All-Tournament team.
