MUKILTEO — Carson Tuttle scored a game-high 20 points to lead a balanced scoring attack that feautured four players in double figures as Kamiak defeated Cascade in a Wesco 4A matchup. Coleman Grayson (14), Gavin Patrick (13) and Christian Clausen (12) joined Tuttle in double digits.

Isaiah Gotell scored 16 points and Cameron McGrath added 15 for the Bruins.
