Latest disaster is a dire warning

After watching another oil train disaster on TV, I am wondering which community in the Northwest would be willing to cope with this situation in West Virginia or previously in the Dakotas? Edmonds? Marysville? Or? This fire has been burning for several days now. Every time I see it, I envision it burning in downtown Marysville or Everett.

Some sort of fast action by the Feds, state DOT, or Legislature must occur soon or immediately. I understand that at least this last one was caused by a broken track. Did this happen because of the heavy oil car loads? Or has anyone considered that some person or possible terrorist group could be involved?
