How they got to regionals: After an overtime loss to Jackson in the semifinals of the Northwest District tournament, Cascade rebounded with victories over Mariner, Kamiak and Monroe to claim the district’s second state berth. Woodinville surprised Issaquah with a 63-60 win to earn the No. 1 seed from the Sea-King District.
