How they got to regionals: Jackson doubled up Monroe 64-32 in the championship game of the Northwest District tournament to earn the district’s No. 1 seed. Issaquah rebounded from a 63-60 loss to Woodinville with a 84-54 win over Redmond to claim the No. 2 seed out of the Sea-King District.

Breakdown: A tough draw for the Timberwolves, who are familiar with Issaquah. The Eagles defeated Jackson 56-44 in the state quarterfinals last season. Issaquah, which finished third at the state tournament, once again looks like one of the teams to beat.
