SHORELINE — Brendan O’Brien batted 2-for-4 and Arthur Pate added a triple and an RBI for Shorewood, which handed Ferndale its first loss of the season in the non-conference game. Shorewood pitcher Ian Oxnevad struck out 12 and allowed only one hit by the Golden Eagles.
