Prep baseball: Kamiak 6, Monroe 3

MUKILTEO — Kamiak opened the scoring early against Monroe in its victory over the third-place Bearcats in a Wesco 4A game Friday. Kamiak catcher Jake Long went 2-for-3 with a two RBI double, and on the mound, starter RJ Scruggs pitched six innings and struck out seven.
