Website outage: May the Fourth has not been with us

If you tried to visit HeraldNet today between, oh about 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., you might have noticed that we had some technical difficulties. If you’re reading this now, we must have a working website again.
The official explanation from our Web host is “blah blah blah netscalers blah blah blah.” We don’t believe we were the victim of anything malicious. Just bad luck. But not as bad as what Comcast customers experienced Saturday night.
