Prep softball: Meadowdale 12, Shorewood 6

LYNNWOOD — Meadowdale erased a one-run deficit in a big way with a six-run fourth inning and never looked back on its way to a Wesco 3A South win over Shorewood.

Hailey Costello led the offense for the Mavericks with a home run and Emma Helm added a triple.

It is the fifth game in a row in which Meadowdale has scored ten runs or more.
