FERNDALE — Ferndale defeated Mountlake Terrace Tuesday night to advance in the 3A District Tournament and end the Hawks’ season.

Michael Hunt hit a home run for Terrace and Jaden Yackley was 2-for-4 with a double. Kyle Sandstrom hit a double for Ferndale.
