Roberts, a junior, intercepted two passes, recovered a fumble and scored what proved to be the deciding touchdown on a 96-yard pass reception in the Mavericks’ 28-21 victory over Edmonds-Woodway.

JJ Jerome

Monroe, RB

Jerome, a junior, rushed for 238 yards on 21 carries and scored six touchdowns in the Bearcats’ 55-0 victory over Snohomish.

Darius Brown

Mariner, RB

Brown, a junior, rushed for 202 yards on 23 carries and three touchdowns in the Marauders’ 28-6 win over rival Kamiak.

Andrew Grimes

Lake Stevens, RB

Grimes, a senior, rushed for 186 yards and four touchdowns on just nine carries in Lake Stevens’ 49-0 win over Mount Vernon.

Anfernee Gurley

Archbishop Murphy, RB

Gurley, a junior, caught five passes for 190 yards and three touchdowns and also rushed for 21 yards on two carries before leaving with an apparent injury late in the first half of Archbishop Murphy’s 45-13 win over Lakewood.

Andy Sam

Sultan, RB

Andy Sam rushed for 204 yards on 23 carries and scored three touchdowns to lead Sultan to the 51-16 Cascade Conference win over Granite Falls in the annual Black and Blue Bowl.
