SHORELINE — Shorewood’s Delaney Hopen (13 kills, four aces) helped lead the Thunderbirds to a three-set Wesco 3A victory over Meadowdale on Thursday night.

Elli Allen-Hatch recorded nine kills and seven digs, Koely Shepard had eight kills and six digs and Taryn Shelley made four kills and 26 assists for Shorewood.

Elly Cashdollar led Meadowdale with seven kills and Lauren Hunnewell made 11 assists and 12 digs for the Mavericks.
