Game time is a few hours away, but you’re bored at work and already looking forward to tonight. So we have a quick blog post to tide you over until tonight.
– First off here’s my story from today that looks at the team bonding activity the Tips enjoyed Wednesday and a preview of tonight’s game against the Prince George Cougars.
– If you’re looking for a preview from the Prince George perspective there’s this piece that pays tribute to Everett’s stingy defense. It looks like Ty Edmonds will get the start in net for the Cougars.
– Silvertips head coach Kevin Constantine noted the chances Everett’s power play has been going. Here is a notebook from the Columbian that looks at Portland’s penalty kill – appropriately crediting Winterhawks goaltender Adin Hill.
– The Thunderbirds have the day off as they continue their swing through the Central Divison.
