Silvertips announce schedule for first two playoff games

The Everett Silvertips announced playoff dates for their first two games Monday. The Silvertips will play host to a yet-to-be determined opponent on Friday, March 25 at 7:30 and Saturday, March 26 at 7 at Xfinity Arena.

The Tips have clinched home ice advantage through the first round, which guarantees they will have at least four home playoff games. At this point Everett would play Portland in the first round. The Winterhawks and Silvertips split the season series 5-5. Portland is two points up of eighth-place Spokane for the seventh playoff spot. Spokane has played one less game, but has three fewer wins.
