Washington women play Penn in first round of NCAA tourney

Seventh-seeded Washington plays No. 10-seed University of Pennsylvania on Saturday in College Park, Md., in the first round of the NCAA women’s basketball tournament.

The Huskies had overall record 22-10, including an 11-7 Pac-12 conference record.

Penn is 24-4. The Quakers won their second Ivy League title in the past three seasons.
