Seattle Repertory Jazz Orchestra: Celebrated jazz master Bill Holman leads the ensemble in a concert at 7:30 p.m. April 15 at Edmonds Center for the Arts, 410 Fourth Ave. N. The concert will feature Holman’s most famous works written for the bands of Stan Kenton, Woody Herman, Count Basie and more. The Fat Fridays: The group, which plays jazz-infused rock and blues, will release its new CD at 7 p.m. April 15 at Pub 282 at the Camano Plaza, 370 NE Camano Drive, Camano Island. The group includes Mark Dodge, Andy Carr, James Clark and Thomas Kemper. More information is at www.thefatfridays.com.

The chorale’s 50th anniversary season continues with “Celebrate and Shout” and a guest performance by the Snohomish County Children’s Choir at 7 p.m. April 16 and 3 p.m. April 17.

“Celebrate and Sing” is 7 p.m. June 11 and 3 p.m. June 12, featuring a collage of American choral music from the chorale’s 50-year history.

The CSO Ensemble Concert is 3 p.m. April 17 at the Edmonds United Methodist Church, 828 Caspers St. Tickets are $15 for adults and seniors, $10 for students with ID, and $5 for children. Tickets will be available at the door. The ensemble program will feature a performance by the Cascade Percussion Ensemble, a brass quintet, a flute duo with piano, a marimba/tuba combo, a piano trio, a bass clarinet duo, trumpet duo, flute/piano combination and cello quartet.

The final concert of the season, “Organ Symphony,” is 7:30 p.m. May 9 at Edmonds Center for the Arts. It includes the Saint-Saens Third Symphony, Chabrier Fete Polonaise, Rachmaninoff’s Vocalise, and Four Last Songs by Strauss, featuring Kimberly Giordano, soprano.

Jazz at the Center: Camano Center’s Spring Dinner Concert features Thomas Marriott Sextet at 5:30 p.m. April 20 Tickets are $35 for adults and $15 for students with student ID. Dinner music by Andy Carr and Chris Tuohy. The center is located at 606 Arrowhead Road, Camano Island.

Octava Chamber Orchestra: The orchestra, directed by Johan Louwersheimer, will perform works by Bach at 7:30 p.m. April 23 at Maple Park Church, 17620 60th Ave. W., Lynnwood. More at www.octavachamberorchestra.com.

Ana Moura: The internationally recognized artist Ana Moura will bring fado, the expressive form of Portuguese song, to Edmonds Center for the Arts at 7:30 p.m. April 23. Moura blends traditional fado with pop music, broadening the scope of this Lisbon song form. Her engagement in Edmonds will include new songs and older hits. Cantabile Chamber Choir: “Earth Songs — Voices of Earth’s Secret Soul,” an Earth Day concert, will be performed at 4:30 p.m. April 24, at the Camano Center, 606 Arrowhead Road, Camano Island. Tickets are $15 general, $8 for students at the door.

Benefit concert: North Creek Presbyterian is holding a benefit concert for the survivors of the Carlton Complex fires in Eastern Washington. “Hope Rises” features the Mosaic Choir and Orchestra at 6 p.m. April 24, at the church, 621 164th St. SE, Mill Creek. Second Hand Newz: The Tribute Time Machine takes its audience on a ride back to 1971 on April 27 at Edmonds Center for the Arts. Through the medium of rock radio, the audience will experience the nostalgic music of Fleetwood Mac performed by tribute band, Second Hand Newz. Eroica Trio: Edmonds Center for the Arts presents the Grammy award-nominated trio at 7:30 p.m. April 28 at the center, 410 Fourth Ave. N., Edmonds. The most sought-after trio in the world, Eroica has thrilled audiences with flawless technical virtuosity, irresistible enthusiasm and sensual elegance. The “Listener’s Choice” concert is 7 p.m. May 14 at Everett Civic Auditorium, featuring Villa-Lobos’ “Bachianas Brasileiras No. 5” with soprano Ellaina Lewis, and pianist Alexander Ardakov performing the Grieg Piano Concerto in A minor.
