VFW celebration: Veterans of Foreign Wars Old Guard Post 2100 of Everett holds a celebration starting at 2 p.m. April 23 to mark its 85th year of service. Toiletry drive: The YWCA is collecting donations of hygiene supplies in preparation for this year’s Project Homeless Connect. Raffle for park: Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8870 holds a raffle to raise money to help finish the Edmonds Veteran Plaza. Two pieces of original artwork by Post member and Fallen Heroes artist Michael Reagan will be raffled. Both feature current and former Seahawks players and coaches, who also autographed the works.
