Prep boys soccer: Mountlake Terrace 1, Marysville Pilchuck 0

SHORELINE — Mountlake Terrace sophomore Diego Aquiniga scored in the 66th minute to give the Hawks a 1-0 victory over Marysville Pilchuck in a winner-to-state/loser out game of the 3A District 1 soccer tournament on Saturday.

The Hawks, who were seeded seventh of among the eight teams in the tournament, are making their first trip since 1994.
