58th Avenue W to close for 3 weeks to replace water main

MOUNTLAKE TERRACE — Contractors working for the city will close 58th Avenue W for up to three weeks, starting next week, to replace a water main.

The road is expected to be closed between 232nd and 236th Streets SW beginning Monday, although the start may be delayed until Tuesday. Local access will be available, and the intersections at 236th and 232nd will be open.

Work will begin at approximately 7:30 a.m. and continue until as late as 6 p.m. There will be no on-street parking available during the closure.
