There is a significant amount of snow predicted in the Rose City this afternoon and the Winterhawks organization chose to play it safe.
The Silvertips were already in Portland having headed south from Kent following Friday’s game at the ShoWare Center. The Winterhawks already have a home game scheduled for Sunday with the Kamloops Blazers, so Everett headed home Saturday afternoon.
We’ll update this with more information as it becomes available. In the mean time enjoy the NFL playoffs.
