Alderwood youth honored for Cooperative Spirit

Alderwood Boys and Girls Club member Kate Neumeister was honored with the Qualstar Cooperative Spirit Award at the Washington State Youth of the Year program held March 24 in Seattle.

The Kamiak High School junior earlier this year was named the Snohomish County 2017 Youth of the Year, making her eligible for the state award. A girl from the South Puget Sound Club received the state title.
