Lynnwood police wrap up latest Citizens Academy

The Lynnwood Police Department recently finished its 26th Citizens Academy with more than 48 graduates. Of those, eight have continued through interviews to become volunteers with the LPD Citizens Patrol.
Citizens Academy is a 14-week free course offered each year that familiarizes folks with common police procedures, activities and investigative techniques.
