Business owner honored by Arlington mayor

Mark Everett was recognized with the Mayor’s Volunteer Award at a recent Arlington City Council meeting. Everett, who owns Arlington Velo Sport, was honored for “making it happen” with his participation, ideas and hard work. Charitable projects included the creation of a tool library, supporting pocket parks and downtown beautification efforts, organizing a weekly ride on the Centennial Trail, and more.
