Arlington man arrested for alleged assault

ARLINGTON — A 32-year-old Arlington man was arrested for assault and booked into the Snohomish County Jail on Saturday after allegedly stabbing another man during a fight.

The victim, 58, called police to report he had been stabbed during an altercation at a home in the 18400 block of 3rd Ave. NE, said Lt. Rob Martin, a Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office spokesman.

The alleged assailant was hiding in a vehicle at the home. The weapon was recovered. The victim was treated at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett for non-life threatening injuries, Martin said.
