Evergreen Speedway begins its 2018 season Saturday with its season opener, and there will be an intriguing new name in the Super Late Models field. Brittney Zamora, an 18-year-old from Kennewick, is racing as a rookie after spending last year becoming the first ever female driver to win a race, as well as the first female points championship, in the Northwest Super Late Model Series.

And Zamora, who is sponsored by the CW11 Seattle television station, will be racing in style. Check out her appropriately-themed car:

Zamora won two races on the Northwest Super Late Models Series last year: the Douglas County 125 at the Douglas County Speedway in Roseburg, Oregon, on June 17 and the Neal Newberry 125 at the Wenatchee Valley Super Oval on Sept. 23.
