EVERETT — A man was shot and suffered life-threatening injuries Wednesday night south of Everett.
The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office said there was an altercation involving four men shortly after 8 p.m. outside a mini mart in the 300 block of 112th Street SW. A 22-year-old was shot and taken to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. Two suspects drove off in a passenger vehicle, the sheriff’s office said.
Sheriff’s detectives believe the shooting was gang-related — but not related to shots fired on Fourth Avenue West during a high school football game last Friday.
