Balanced offense leads Silvertips past Chiefs

SPOKANE — Six different players scored for the Everett Silvertips in their 6-2 win over the Spokane Chiefs on Saturday at Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena.
Connor Dewar, Jackson Berezowski and Sean Richards scored goals in the first period; Dawson Butt and Martin Fasko-Rudas scored goals in the second period; and Gianni Fairbrother scored a goal in the third period for Everett (11-6-0-0).
Sahvan Khaira recorded three assists for the Silvertips.
Everett goalie Dustin Wolf stopped 23 of 25 shots.
