EDMONDS — A man was taken to the hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening Monday afternoon, after falling at a construction site in Edmonds.

The man in his 20s was helping install sewer lines in the 2900 block of 84th Avenue West when he fell into a 6-foot trench, said Leslie Hynes, a spokesperson for South County Fire.

Firefighters from that agency responded around 1 p.m., and took him to Swedish Edmonds.
