Norwegian pancakes: A Norwegian pancake breakfast is set for 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. March 21 at Ebenezer Lutheran Church, 2111 117th Ave. NE, Lake Stevens. The breakfast includes all-you-can-eat Norwegian pancakes with strawberries, syrup and ham. Coffee, tea, orange juice and hot chocolate also will be served. Cost is $6 per person. Proceeds will benefit Bridge Receiving Center, a therapeutic facility that supports children in foster care, located between Granite Falls and Lake Stevens. The pancake breakfast is held the third Saturday of each month, September through May. Call 425-334-0421.

Fundraiser breakfast: Breakfast is 8 a.m. March 21 at the Monroe Community Senior Center, 276 Sky River Parkway, Monroe. Pancakes, French toast, eggs, sausage and ham will be served. Cost is $6. Kids 10 and younger eat free. The breakfast is held on third Saturdays and supports the Monroe Community Senior Center. Call 360-794-6359.

Chocolate Lovers Gala: Domestic Violence Services of Snohomish County will host its 28th annual gala 5 p.m. April 3 at the Tulalip Resort Casino, 10200 Quil Ceda Blvd., Tulalip. Features handmade chocolates, sparkling wine, a catered dinner, plus live and silent auctions. This event sells out every year. Proceeds go to victim resources and services. Fundraiser dinner: A dinner and auction fundraiser is at 5 p.m. April 25 at the Monroe Community Senior Center, 276 Sky River Parkway, Monroe. Tickets are $60 each or $450 for a table of eight. Dinner is provided by Maverick Catering. Entertainment includes silent and live auctions and games. Like its monthly breakfast, this event supports the Monroe Community Senior Center.
