Balance in opinion pieces is appreciated

Thank you for recent balanced opinion pieces (“The ‘forgotten astronaut’ and the state GOP,” The Herald, April 30), and “Left, right agree on anonymity for their donors.” I don’t expect your opinion writers to always agree with me. That would be boring.

I am a conservative and a Republican. I still read your paper every day from cover to cover. You could maybe keep that in mind when you compose your opinion page. I always appreciate respect for me, one of your loyal readers.
