Lynnwood 51, Meadowdale 49
LYNNWOOD — Keegan Williams poured in a game-high 25 points and added nine rebounds, Lynnwood allowed just 11 points points in the first half and the Royals extended their season with a victory over Meadowdale in a 3A District 1 Tournament play-in game.
Williams shot 11 of 23 from the field and 3 of 4 from beyond the arc and added three assists and two blocks. Tommy McMahon chipped in eight points and five assists for the Royals, who entered Monday’s contest winless.
Lynnwood (1-15) travels to face ninth-seeded Cascade in an elimination game Tuesday.
Aiden Bloomquist had 16 points and six rebounds and Jeremy Kim added nine points to pace the Mavericks, who finish the season at 3-14.
GIRLS BASKETBALL
Wesco 4A
Lake Stevens 84, Kamiak 51
LAKE STEVENS — Baylor Thomas connected on five 3-pointers and netted a game-high 29 points, and Lake Stevens routed Kamiak to secure an unbeaten season in league play and an outright Wesco 4A title.
Cori Wilcox and Nisa English-Ellis scored 15 points apiece and four more Vikings scored at least five points.
Lake Stevens (17-2, 7-0 league) will host either Jackson or Mount Si in the 4A Wes-King Bi-District quarterfinals on Friday.
Bella Hasan had 18 points, including four 3-pointers, and Salem Bahta added eight points to pace the Knights.
Kamiak (9-8, 5-2) visits Issaquah in a quarterfinal matchup on Friday.

Arlington 76, Meadowdale 37
ARLINGTON — Jenna Villa led nine Arlington scorers with 26 points and the top-seeded Eagles advanced to the quarterfinals of the 3A District 1 Tournament with a rout of eighth-seeded Meadowdale.
Arlington (15-2) connected on 11 of 24 3-point attempts and raced out to a 47-16 lead at the half. Hannah Rork and Keira Marsh each added 13 points.
The Eagles’ hosts either seventh-seeded Ferndale or 15th-seeded Marysville Getchell in a quarterfinal game Friday.
Gia Powell netted 15 points and Jenaly Gabriel had eight for the Mavericks (9-8).
Meadowdale will host ninth-seeded Mount Vernon in an elimination game Wednesday.
Stanwood 66, Mountlake Terrace 29
STANWOOD — Tatum Brager led a balanced scoring attack with 15 points and third-seeded Stanwood cruised past sixth-seeded Mountlake Terrace to advance to the quarterfinals of the 3A District 1 Tournament.
Brager scored all of her points on five 3-pointers, Ava Cook added 12 points and Chloe Santeford had 11 for the Spartans, who held Mountlake Terrace to just 18 first-half points.
Stanwood (10-3) hosts either fifth-seeded Lynnwood or 12th-seeded Shorecrest in a quarterfinal game Friday.
Elise Clovin scored 10 points and Maile Armstrong added nine to pace the Hawks.
Mountlake Terrace (10-6) hosts 11th-seeded Edmonds-Woodway in an elimination game Wednesday.
Everett 51, Lynnwood 32
EVERETT — Ella Sylvester poured in a game-high 23 points and fourth-seeded Everett used a smothering defensive effort to knock off fifth-seeded Lynnwood and advance to the quarterfinals of the 3A District 1 Tournament.
Alana Washington had nine points, seven rebounds, five blocks and three steals and sister Mae Washington added seven points, eight rebounds and six assists for the Seagulls, who didn’t allow more than 10 points in a quarter.
Everett (10-6) hosts a quarterfinal game Friday. The opponent has yet to be determined.
Kayla Lorenz posted a team-high 18 points to lead the Royals.
Lynnwood (8-7) hosts 12th-seeded Shorecrest in an elimination game Wednesday.

Marysville Getchell 34, Shorewood 28
SHORELINE — Ellie Jackson scored a game-high 11 points and 15th-seeded Marysville Getchell advanced to the second round of the 3A District 1 Tournament with a win over 10th-seeded Shorewood.
Jayda Pittman chipped in eight points and Chloe Downing and Hayden Robinson each had six for the Chargers.
Marysville Getchell (8-9) travels to face seventh-seeded Ferndale in an elimination game Wednesday.
Jill Frye netted nine points to pace the Thunderbirds, who finish the season at 6-11.
