LAKE STEVENS — Seth Mahler tossed a shutout on the mound and went 2-for-4 with a stolen base on offense to help lead Lake Stevens to a shutout league win over Jackson on Thursday.
Mahler struck out five batters, Cody Osterholtz doubled and drove in a run and Hayden McDonald had two hits for Lake Stevens (8-4, 2-1 Wesco 4A).
Carson Burns went 2-for-3 and Dominic Hellman went 1-for-2 for Jackson (10-3, 1-1).

MARYSVILLE — Nickolas Sakamoto had three hits, including a double, and an RBI to help lift Snohomish to a close win over Marysville Pilchuck in Game 1 of a doubleheader on Thursday.
Brendan McKinley started for Snohomish (11-3, 5-2 Wesco 3A/2A North) and allowed three runs on four hits while striking out eight in six solid innings. Nolan Soderstrom worked a clean seventh to earn the save.
Cole Davis doubled and drove in two runs for Marysville Pilchuck (5-6, 2-5).

MARYSVILLE — Kale Hammer continued his dominance on the mound, tossing five shutout innings and striking out 13 batters in Snohomish’s win over Marysville Pilchuck in Game 2 of a doubleheader.
Austin Baalman went 2-for-3 with four RBI, Easton Leonard went 1-for-2 with three RBI and Nickolas Sakamoto added three more hits for Snohomish (12-3, 6-2 Wesco 3A/2A North).
Issiah Holeman and Shane Nelson had the hits for Marysville Pilchuck (5-7, 2-6).

BOTHELL — Ainsley Kahler hit a pair of home runs to lift Arlington to a high-scoring league win over Lynnwood on Thursday.
Tayler Stevens also hit a home run for Arlington (8-2, 5-1 Wesco 3A/2A).
Nyreee Johnson homered twice and Grace DeSota added a home run for Lynnwood (3-6, 2-4).

EVERETT — Taylor Millar allowed just one unearned run on two hits in a solid complete-game performance to help Everett to a close league win over Archbishop Murphy.
Millar struck out five and added a base hit on offense and Shayne Hoekendorf went 2-for-4 with two RBI for Everett (8-0, 5-0 Wesco 3A/2A).
Gabby Cummings and Katherine Damitio had the lone base hits and Ashlie Latta walked and scored a run for Archbishop Murphy (2-5, 1-5).

SNOHOMISH — Faith Jordan hit a solo home run and Lauren Hufford tripled and drove in a run to help Glacier Peak to a non-league win over Shorewood on Thursday.
Skyler Anderson had a double and two RBI, and Ashleigh Wojcik and Bri Titus also had doubles for Glacier Peak (8-1).
Rebecca Carson homered and drove in two runs and Katherine Ponomarchuk added a double for Shorewood (10-3).

KIRKLAND — Yanina Sherwood struck out 14 batters in a shutout to lead undefeated Jackson to a non-league win over Lake Washington.
Sherwood added a single and two walks on offense and Rachel Sysum went 1-for-3 with two RBI for Jackson (11-0).
Lake Washington fell to 7-2 on the season.

MARYSVILLE — Alyssa Waldo went 3-for-5 with four RBI and two runs scored as Lake Stevens topped Marysville Pilchuck in a non-league game on Thursday.
Emily Cardenas went 4-for-5 with an RBI, McKenna Richer went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and two runs scored and Kyleigh Lynn struck out 11 in a complete-game performance in the circle for Lake Stevens (5-5).
Grace Davis went 2-for-3 with an RBI and Morgan Crawford went 1-for-3 with an RBI for Marysville Pilchuck (5-4).
