Recent letter held some truth regarding The Herald

All of my adult life I’ve held moderate and independent views, both in politics and life. These days I probably lean a bit left of center because I view many of the right’s views as much more extreme and outrageous than the left’s.

That said, I got quite the chuckle out of a recent letter entitled “Here’s the actual table of contents” for The Herald. Why? Because as in all good comedy each exaggerated point contained an element of truth that I recognize from reading your paper.

I’m not sure if The Herald’s left-leaning bias is intentional or whether you just can’t help it given local politics, but I know that I would view your paper as more credible if it tacked back toward the center.
