Shorecrest 4, Edmonds-Woodway 0

SHORELINE — Bria Metcalf-Lindenburger scored twice and Tati Zahajko and Kylee Mitchell combined for the shutout in goal to help lead unbeaten Shorecrest to a league win over Edmonds-Woodway.

Ava Jensen and Olivia Sasnett each scored a goal, Jensen added two assists, and Sasnett and Tayvi Khan each had one assist for Shorecrest (6-0-0, 5-0-0 Wesco 3A/2A).

Edmonds-Woodway fell to 4-2-1 overall and 3-2-1 in league play.

Reach the Peak Tournament

SNOHOMISH — Glacier Peak defeated Newport 17-25, 26-24, 15-13 in the finals of the Reach the Peak Tournament on Saturday at Glacier Peak High School.

Archbishop Murphy and Lynnwood both made the semifinals of the tournament.
