Congress, 1st District: Cavaleri’s policies are needed now

We have an important choice for Congress for the 1st Congressional District. Our voting choices will determine the direction of our country. Are we satisfied with the state quo?

Crime and violent crime and homelessness have increased dramatically in the last year.

Inflation has increased alarmingly. Food, fuel, and housing increasing our costs. Higher taxes and regulations discourage and harm businesses. $5 trillion pumped into our economy contributes.

Why are we paying $100 to fill our gas tanks? The current government has restricted oil companies, closing pipelines, limiting leases and permits. We have huge reserves in oil fields. We subsidize wind and solar.

What is government including in teaching our children? Diversity, equity, inclusion, and Critical Race Theory is the policy of the Department of Education, teaching and promoting oppression and racial injustice.

We are emphasizing wokeness in military. Are we combat-ready and strengthening our military?

Government policy is for open borders. Drug use and deaths are up. Terrorists and criminals likely taking advantage.

Rep. Suzan DelBene is a loyal party member who supports these policies.
