Carbon dividend bill would put price on carbon and help Americans

Appreciate the freedom! Companies and individuals are free to continue polluting or cut back to save money. Families can use their carbon cashback revenue any way they choose. Best of all, expert climate scientists and economists all agree: A price on carbon is the very best way to keep us safe from runaway climate disasters.
