Bury powerlines at Boxcar Park and let kites fly

Why would you stop kite flying at Everett’s Boxcar Park when it would be easy enough to bury the few power lines out there? (“Everett’s Boxcar Park cuts strings with kite flyers due to power lines,” The Herald, June 9)
And cement the deal by renaming the area to “Box Kite Park”!
