Sultan’s 4-lane highway needs to work for pedestrians

Interesting article on replacing signals with roundabouts in Sultan, but it says nothing about how this will affect pedestrians (“As Sultan grows, city backs a 4-lane highway with roundabouts,” The Herald, June 18). Signals allow them to cross, but roundabouts may not. Is that problem being addressed at all in Sultan?
