Consider who helped, who didn’t during Titan teagedy

They say you find out who your friends are when a disaster strikes. This certainly true as far as the Titan disaster is concerned. Lets see who came to assist the U.S. Navy. The Brits came so did the French and the Canadians and some other private groups. What about the other powers in the world like China, Russia and India? Nada, nothing not even good wishes.

We now know who our friends are.
