MILL CREEK — Yanina Sherwood had 10 kills, Ravenna Coleman had seven digs and five aces, and the Timberwolves earned a sweep over the Marauders.
Riley Sevilla had 20 asssists, seven digs and five aces, and Kate Johnson chipped in nine digs for Jackson (8-4 overall, 3-2 Wesco 4A).
Sydney Clarke had 24 digs, Chloe Shannon 11 assists and Sophia Polley-Ferguson and Adonia Abraham six kills apiece for Mariner (0-9, 0-5).
Glacier Peak 3, Kamiak 0
MUKILTEO — Hanna Ligons posted 13 kills on a .622 hitting percentage as the Grizzlies secured a 25-22, 25-11, 25-3 sweep of the Knights.
Chloe Wiersma added 21 assists and Tessa Mossburg 14 digs for Glacier Peak (10-3 overall, 4-1 Wesco 4A).
Kamiak fell to 6-7 overall and 1-4 in league play.

LYNNWOOD — Violet Dubois delivered 14 kills and 13 digs and the Mavericks nabbed a 25-20, 25-17, 25-20 sweep of the Spartans.
Mia Johns chipped in eight kills and three blocks and Jackie Tang 24 assists, three kills and three digs for Meadowdale (10-4 overall, 10-2 Wesco 3A/2A).
Whitney Longspaugh had eight digs, seven kills and three blocks, Cambrielle Brown 11 digs and seven kills, and Madilynne Heuett 16 digs and three aces for Stanwood (5-7, 5-6).

BOTHELL — Paige Gessey netted 13 kills, nine digs and two aces and the unbeaten Royals earned a 25-20, 25-16, 25-19 win over the Wildcats.
Sammy Holmer had eight digs and combined with Hannah Johnson for 15 kills and five blocks for Lynnwood (13-0 overall, 11-0 Wesco 3A/2A). Charlie Thomas dished out 28 assists to go with 10 digs and two aces.
Tatum Gil posted 13 digs, nine kills and four aces, Laura Esping 16 assists, nine digs, three kills and three aces, and Lauren Fogliani 16 digs for Archbishop Murphy (8-5, 8-4).

SNOHOMISH — The Tomahawks rallied from a two-set deficit to defeat the Panthers 22-25, 19-25, 25-19, 25-19, 15-12.
Rebekah Carter had 18 kills and 21 digs, Anna Dantas had 15 kills and 17 digs, and Alliyah Lopez had 22 assists and 16 digs to lead Marysville Pilchuck (5-7 overall and Wesco 3A/2A).
Kelsey Nichols had 12 kills and 24 digs, Keira Beverford had eight kills, three aces and 12 digs, and Maggie Cavanaugh had 34 assists and 10 digs for Snohomish (6-6, 6-5).

BOYS TENNIS
2A District 1 Tournament
At Sehome H.S.
Archbishop Murphy’s Cole Balen won all four of his matches in straight sets to claim the Class 2A District 1 tournament boys singles title. He claimed victories by scores of 6-2, 6-2; 6-1, 7-5; 6-1, 6-2; and 6-2, 7-5 in the championship match.
Balen, the district tournament’s doubles champion last season, qualified for the 2A singles state tournament in the spring in the process. He’s the program’s first-ever singles player to qualify for the state tournament.
