Edmonds Mayor Nelson understands resident’s vision for city

Mike Nelson, as mayor, has brought a wider vision for the city of Edmonds. Examples include improvements on the Highway 99 corridor, Ballinger Park, the Perrinville Creek restoration project.

The small town feel that so many have talked about is concentrated in the Edmonds downtown core. Edmonds is much bigger than that and for the first time in the 39 years our family has lived here we have a mayor who is including all of Edmonds in his vision of the future.

I want a mayor who has a vision and who takes seriously the challenges regarding protection of our environment. You can hire an administrator but you need a person with a vision at the top.
