Which court will Donald Trump trust?

I was amused to see Donald Trump continue in the debate to blame the criminal cases against him on the Biden administration, even as he tries to get one of his New York criminal cases moved from New York state court to federal court.

That sounds a lot like an admission that he trusts the federal government, run by Biden, even more than he trusts New York.
