Give Boeing workers what they’ve earned

I wanted to give my two cents in all of this Boeing strike business. I have watched my husband work his butt off and then some for Boeing. He is a very smart man and knows his numbers. He could easily and has talked to higher ups about what he believes would make “Boeing great again” if they would only listen. Over the 13 years he has been there there have been major changes and not necessarily for the better for the employees and Boeing.

I do believe that the strike is necessary to show Boeing the employees do an amazing job at Boeing and they should be well compensated for their knowledge and work. I do feel that Boeing has taken away more than enough from the employees and Boeing should give the employees what they are asking. They are hard-ass workers!

My husband has worked more than enough mandatory overtime and will never get the time back for his family. Don’t get me wrong; the overtime helps us to be able to afford living in this state. This state is high priced with low wages.

Boeing just needs to give the employees what they are asking for; Boeing will benefit and so will the employees!
