Reward offered in Mukilteo residential burglary

On Tuesday, I drove out to the Weber family’s home in Mukilteo. They very kindly let me in and showed me around their home, which had been ransacked by thieves in a cruel Christmastime residential burglary.

Now, their son, Ben Weber, an exec in Bellevue, is offering a $1,500 reward to anyone who has information that leads to an arrest in the case or the recovery of his parents’ property. The money has been raised by friends and family of the Webers, he said Thursday.

Mukilteo police are investigating the burglary, officials said. The number for Mukilteo police is 425-263-8100.
