Out of their gourds: An East Coast team says it has successfully chucked a 9.5-pound pumpkin more than a mile using an air cannon in Moab, Utah, potentially setting a world record for squash-launching.
It’s a shame they weren’t higher on the wind tunnel list; they might have got a zucchini to go at least 3 miles.
